Favorite Chia Seed Pudding Recipe!

I've come to absolutely love chia pudding! It's a blank pudding canvas and you can transform it into any flavor/taste you would like!

I've made chia pudding a handful of times and it's always been awesome. It's super simple and incredibly difficult to mess up. You'll also only need a few ingredients. Ready?

Lets go!

1 cup chia seeds
2 cups plant-based milk
Agave/Maple syrup (or any sweetener of your choice/skip it all together if you prefer!)
Vanilla extract (optional)

Mix everything really well and let it sit in the fridge for an hour or two. You can also make this the night before so it's all good to go when you wake up.

It really is that simple! Make sure you're adding in enough milk. If you feel like you need more than 2 cups or prefer your chia pudding with more milk, then add it in! Try adding different amounts of chia seeds or milk so you can find out what you prefer.

As for toppings, you can really add anything you like. Here's what I like:
  • Frozen blueberries
  • Nectarines 
  • Peaches
  • Frozen cherries
  • More maple syrup
  • Shredded coconut
  • Or just whatever I have available in my kitchen!
Feel free to experiment with different toppings/fruit. Since chia pudding technically has no flavor, anything you add will make it taste even greater!
