Vegan vs. Vegetarian vs. Plant-Based

I've been asked by a few people what's the difference between vegan, vegetarian, and plant-based. It's all fairly simple and the main point is to stop the harm to animals.

So, what's the difference?

Favorite Chia Seed Pudding Recipe!

I've come to absolutely love chia pudding! It's a blank pudding canvas and you can transform it into any flavor/taste you would like!

I've made chia pudding a handful of times and it's always been awesome. It's super simple and incredibly difficult to mess up. You'll also only need a few ingredients. Ready?

Free September Printables!!

Hi friends!

I'm know I'm a day late and I would have liked to have gotten these to y'all at least two days ago but better late that never, right?

I went ahead and created two free printables just for y'all!

I've put together a weekly planner and a full month calendar so feel free to download whichever you like. I've also put them both into one PDF doc so you can download both of them together if you'd prefer.

Time To Start Working Out

So, I don't know if I've talked about fitness on here before but I think it's time I dedicate myself to something that will benefit not only my body but my mind as well.

I've told myself time and time again that I'm going to start working out again. I want to start running, doing yoga, doing workouts at home, eating healthy, etc. but I never actually commit to it. I have a hard time committing to pretty much everything. Work, school, eating well, working out, and pretty much whatever I want. I don't know if it's because I'm lazy or because I just don't care but we can all agree, I need to change that. I know I won't get anywhere in life with such a negative mentality. So, wanna join me?

My only goal is to do some form of physical activity everyday day. Either go running, do yoga, or anything I feel like doing for the day. I don't want to limit myself to just one thing because that's what really turns me off. I also believe that doing several forms of physical activities will motivate me to want to be active everyday.
